Usage: snail web debugger [options]

display debugger URL

Options:
  -p, --project <domain>  specify which project (taken from remote if not set)
  -c, --cap               display devtool URL with debugger token
  -h, --help              display help for command

Implementation problems:
Does not set GLITCH_DEBUGGER. Do that yourself (snail setenv GLITCH_DEBUGGER
true).
